Terms of service
Last updated August 12, 2026. These terms describe the MySalon platform for salon owners and their teams. By creating an account or using a paid plan, you agree to use the service lawfully and to these terms.
The service
MySalon provides salon websites, online booking, client management, team operations, reminders, marketing workflows, and related tools. Features can change as we improve the service. We may suspend access when needed to protect customers, investigate abuse, or comply with law.
Accounts and salon data
Keep account details accurate, protect your sign-in credentials, and give staff only the access they need. You are responsible for the content you publish, the client information you enter, required consents, and your team's use of the workspace.
Subscriptions and payments
Free is a permanent workspace that does not require a card. Studio and Scale are paid subscriptions whose price and billing interval are shown at checkout. You can review invoices, payment methods, cancellation, and a return to Free through the Stripe Billing portal. Client charges, deposits, and refunds are not offered by MySalon at launch.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, impersonate another person, send unwanted messages, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or store information that you are not authorized to process. We can remove content or restrict an account that creates a security, privacy, or legal risk.
Availability and support
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Payment decisions, email delivery, internet connectivity, and third-party services can affect a workflow. Report product or security issues to support@mysalon.hair.
Ending an account
You can cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Account closure and data retention are handled through the workspace procedures and applicable legal obligations. These terms should be reviewed with counsel before accepting paid customers in a new jurisdiction.
