Questions owners ask
Does MySalon take a cut of salon bookings?
No. Your MySalon subscription is separate from customer payments, which are not offered at launch. Stripe handles the subscription only, and MySalon does not add a marketplace commission.
Can clients book without creating an account?
Yes. The public booking flow collects the details needed for the appointment and gives the client a secure manage-booking link.
Can I use my own domain?
Not at launch. Your salon receives a hosted MySalon address; custom domains will be offered only after routing and TLS are fully verified.
How does Free work?
Free is a permanent workspace for one location and one professional. Choose Studio or Scale only when you need more capacity or paid-plan capabilities.
Can my team use the workspace?
Yes. Invite owners, managers, receptionists, staff, or read-only teammates with role-aware access.
What happens if I cancel?
Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe Billing. You can review invoices, payment methods, cancellation, and return to Free from the billing portal.
